Really magic place. Direct access to the see, many thermal pools, nice sunrise, great people, good meal. It was so easy to agree rent a scooter with girl on the reception (35eur/day - from 9:00-9:00- august). She managed everything. Great was that they send me a message 2 days before arrival to agree our pick up from Ischia port, so we had so easy way there. I like that this place was a bit busy during the day, but calm in the evenings (when you stay there just with few people which are also accommodated). You can enjoy your meal in nice restauration with so great sea view. Breakfast included fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, croissant, fresh fruit plate, so tasty eggs with rocket and tomato, jams, nutella, butter, toasts. Good lunch offer - Zingara, salads, pizza etc. You can have from 19:30 also dinner and welcome drink + small appetizer + desert we got for free - so it made our dinners more special. Thank you for great 3 nights here. It was our pleasure.

Teren hotelu to piękny ogród. Pokój i łazienka codziennie są sprzątane. Umeblowanie skromne, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Klimatyzacja bardzo pomocna przy upałach. Śniadania dobre, duży wybór słodkich wypieków, pyszna kawa. Dziękujemy kelnerowi Andriejowi za obsługę i miłe rozmowy przy śniadaniu. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny turystom. Słabo mówiliśmy w obcym języku, ale Panie w recepcji robiły wszystko żeby się porozumieć. W recepcji można zamówić dzień wcześniej transport i o wyznaczonej godzinie kierowca może zawieźć Cię na plażę, do miasteczka lub ogrodu La Mortella i potem przywieźć. Pobyt w tym hotelu to był nasz prezent na 35 rocznicę ślubu, na pewno będziemy go mile wspominać.

Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! My wife and I felt very relaxed and happy with our stay. Very welcoming reception staff. The half board was worth every penny with amazing & delicious dinner every night. The pools were beautiful and well maintained with sea water (jets, water bike) & the beach although small very enjoyable. The indoor SPA with 3 thermal pools and steam sauna was excellent. The room are very tastefully furnished, the bed was comfortable, the lighting very good. In the bathroom we found, in addition to the usual bath towels, beach towels, flip-flops and bathrobes. The hotel is full of aesthetics and romantic. The hotel is about a 15 min. drive to Forio, 10 mi. to Negombo Thermal Park and 20 min. to Giardini Poseidon Thermal Park.

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
