Villa Giulia Nicole is a country house surrounded by greenery, is located on the hills of Malcesine 12-15 minutes drive from the town, it consists of three apartments, Giulia of approx. 75.00, Nicole of sqm. 100.00 and Laura of sqm. 50.00. All three have separate entrances and are independent with their own spaces and equipped with everything you need. Both the Giulia apartments and the Nicole apartment have a whirlpool bath for exclusive use.

My name is Laura, I am from Malcesine, I adore my country so much that I want to give my guests the chance to experience it in all its aspects, whether the lake is its hills the mountain, making them participate in the immense wonders that this place can offer. My work during the week is an office job but on weekends I take care of the house and the garden. My main hobbies are painting and photography. I live on the first floor of the house with my daughters Giulia and Nicole, so if necessary I am always available.

The area is located in the hills at 1.5 km from the intermediate cableway station. To reach us, you must take the Panoramica road (which leaves from the Hotel Ideal, south of Malcesine), for about 4 km. until you get to Passo Campiano, from there you have to take Via San Michele and go up for about 300 meters, on your right you will find Via del Vaas, get off for about 60 meters, our entrance is on the left. The area is quiet, ideal for families with children but also for couples who want to enjoy relaxation away from the chaos. In 12-15 minutes by car you can reach the village without problems. Nearby there are restaurants such as the Cà del Tocio agritourism or the Monte Baldo inn which offer good products and an excellent lake view. In addition to Villa Giulia Nicole there are also several basic level hiking trails that can be made even with children. From here you can see a glimpse of the lake and you can see the mountains.
