The Landlord was very friendly without beeing unobtrusive. The garden was so nice and it was super quiet in the garden house. The room had everything we needed. Unfortunately we couldn't say thank you and good bye. We absolutely recommend this place and we will be back!

Fantastic accommodation run by very friendly and helpful local couple with very good english. Parking just outside property in very quiet street. Very comfortable stay. Great bakery, only two minutes' walk and access to Lyon via bus, then Metro only 3 minutes. Area is picturesque and the local people are extremely friendly.

The bathroom and kitchen are as you'd expect in someone's home. Both were clean and did what was needed. The apartment was close to the bus routes, but also a pleasant walk into the centre of Lyon. It’s in an old building and like people say stairs can be dark but there are lights just keep an eye out. Kitchen was great, lots of coffee pods which were lovely treat. I would definitely liked more hanging space but we managed fine. Mattress very comfortable. Philippe was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay again if back in Lyon.
