Lovely quiet hotel, excellent location. Right in the thick of things but on a quiet street. All staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, especially the two lovely ladies who served at breakfast, very smiley and happy!! Brightened up our mornings!
What a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful scenic location.
What a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful scenic location. The family were brilliant in welcoming us and providing useful information. My bedroom provided both romance and tranquility, whilst the family room was a great place for our family meals, great conversation and entertainment. The setting on a winery was the highlight of my stay as the host of the local winery a mere stones throw away gave us a wonderful evening full of great wines, local artisan cheese, fresh cold cuts and plenty of laughter.... What more could one ask for?

We used the hotel as a stop prior to flying the next day, we arrived at 1 pm and had the room available immediately, lunch was available until 2 pm and we took the opportunity to eat. It was excellent, the menu was available for both lunch and tea, it was pricey but excellent. We had salads and decided we would eat dinner there too.
We were not disappointed it was excellent. The quality was first-class, the service was excellent, and the wine list was extensive. We used the pool area and enjoyed a wonderful last day of the sun until 7 pm. Bar service was available and excellent too. The next morning I had a quick swim in the indoor pool, too which is small but very clean, and a functional gym was available too.
We had breakfast which catered for all tastes, cold meat and cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, and fresh coffees, a wide range of cereals, and hot bacon AND EGGS.

The room was large and had been updated recently to a high standard. The hotel was well run by a professional team. All staff were of high calibre and mostly friendly. The breakfasts were good and plenty of choice. The shuttle bus was excellent and helped make our holiday. There were two or three local excellent restaurants in walking distance. The pool appeared to be clean and the hotel looked in general to be clean.
The hotel was close to Verona airport. We especially liked the shuttle bus option allowing us to visit Verona city centre and upon request to take us to the airport. The 24 hour gym facility and the pool option was great too; and the restaurant on-site was splendid.
Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. At the front desk the attendant was helpful in helping me to plan a day visit to Venice.
Reception staff was excellent. They helped us a lot when we came without our luggage wich airlinecompany did lost somewhere between münchen and verona.
Restaurant was good and they had excellent list of wines.
Hotel has own free shuttlebus to/from Verona and to/from airport.
Reception were extremely helpful trying to locate flights for us after Easyjet cancelled our flight at short notice and left us stranded. No way to treat eighty year old travellers. The hotel staff even printed our new boarding passes for a BA flight
Room and service good at reception. Restaurant service though, even to get a drink before ordering the meal took ages (30 minutes for a drink and 40 minutes to take our order) Hotel good though
Breakfast the next morning was a great spread
This was so easy, the hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport, we used the shuttle spend time in beautiful Verona & the pools & the spa to recover from all our walking. The breakfast was really good & very helpful with allergy diet
Location is not ideal, next to highway and on flying route with plains taking off. Spa is small but clean and nice. Pool area is perfect. Coffee is excellent in this hotel and staff very friendly
what a great find. clean, great shower, lovely comfortable bar and a very good (and inexpensive) restaurant, nice staff. exactly what we needed before our flight out of Verona.
Great place to stay at if you have an early flight. The hotel is literally a few minutes away from the airport and offers a free shuttle service. Nice staff.
