Room above reception was clean and comfortable if a little small. Our friends upgraded and had a beautiful view over the harbour worth the extra £.
Parking in a square around the corner was free and easy.
Location is perfect to stroll the main street or wander down to the marina for food (3 upmarket fish resteraunts).

Staying in La Piazzetta was the best desition we make in our Sicilian holidays. The hotel is an absolute gem in a beautiful town. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing and they make you feel at home. The help us to move around the area with a lot of love and suggested us the best restaurants in the area with the sensitivity to understand what we were looking for. We were supposed to go only for 2 nights and we end up staying 5. We couldn’t leave!!

Fabulous small hotel. Rooms were immaculate. Pool was wonderful. Breakfast selection excellent and staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Great location to town and port and a nice 15 min walk to a sandy beach with free shuttle back. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Really relaxed vibes and decent location for walking into town or the beach (10 min walk to each).
The option to hire e-bikes is good as the roads in town are busy but there is plenty of quieter roads that you can cycle on and have some great views.
Breakfast had a good selection, however there didn’t seem to be actual breakfast items a lot of the time (more like cakes, donuts and salami). But there was still stuff like cereal, toast and scrambled eggs everyday as you’d expect.
Pool bar food was cooked really well and had a good selection of food to choose from.
Room was cleaned by the maids every day and the hotel itself was nice and clean. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone and space at the pool bar to sit and eat.

Everything was so beautiful and comfortable that I cannot choose anything specifical. The location fits our tourist plans. We visited Monreale, Erici, Palermo. In the morning and in the evening we ate "at home" and we had lunch in some nice restaurant on the way. Everything was perfect.

In October, this is a lovely place.
In October, this is a lovely place. The weather is still warm but the crowds have dissipated. Wonderful walking paths ad streets. Good restaurants and the Riserva near Scopello is a short drive and well worth the visit for the hiking and swimming coves.

One of the most beautiful places in Sicily.
One of the most beautiful places in Sicily. Wide, long sandy beach. Mountains around. Also a lot of places for hiking. And you could find small hidden beaches which are not crowded or even your company will be the only one. Perfect place to stay for a week

Beautiful buzzing place to stay.
Beautiful buzzing place to stay. Nice at the harbour for food and people watching but also great on the side streets and main strip for restaurants and other little independent shops. We didn't get around to visiting the castle or nearby beaches as we were only there 3 nights. Could do with transport closer to get in and out to nearby towns.

The town has a great marina and perfect view at the neraby mountains. It's missing a nice beach though. The center is filled with restaurants - most of them are quite expensive, but if you go a bit deeper into the town you can find something more affordable. A lot is going on during holiday weekends - concerts, festivities and live music.

The location is fantastic; directly opposite the sea, a short walk to the beautiful port and right next to excellent restaurants. The rooms and breakfast are excellent, too (we sat outside every morning, looking at the sea as we ate delicious local specialities), but as good and as important are the staff. It is a family owned hotel and the family was super welcoming, the offered me a coffee and some Sicilian sweets when I checked in and even talked to me with my broken Italian during 20 minutes ! They really make you feel at home. The room is spacious and have everything you need. The view is more than stunning, so relaxing to wake up with this view. Supermarkets also within 5 minutes driving, so there is all you need. Hosts are super friendly and responding to every query. Private parking on the site, table outside the apartment for outdoor dining, facilities nice and very clean. And the next door is the best drink bar in the area, with drink maestro Domenico.
